If your home was built before 1980, it may contain lead paint. When performing work on homes built before 1980 you should always hire an RRP contractor (Renovations, Repair, Painting). We are certified by both the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and the State of California as a lead-safe renovation company. We take our workers safety, and your health seriously during your renovations or remodel.
We are a licensed General Building Contractor in the state of California. We carry all insurances and bonds required by the California Contractors State License Board, as well as an additional General Liability Insurance policy for all of our projects.
