This University Heights Historic homes’ ADU was given new life after being previously unfinished for many years. After necessary repairs were completed to the sub-floor, and water damaged structure, they were leveled and finished with new LVT flooring. New wood trim was carefully matched to the existing finish in the wood paneling. A custom milled solid White Oak threshold was the finishing touch to complete this project.
